Return policy
RETURNS OR REFUNDS
01. If it is the buyer's personal reason to return the item, the return postage fee would be at buyer's charge. Plus, the buyer also needs to pay 20% restocking fee. Gifts Delivered is more than happy to cancel any order placed and refund in full provided we are given a minimum 24 hours notice of cancellation prior to delivery date requested. (E.g. Delivery date requested is 21/09/20, we must be advised by 9am 20/09/20 for full refund to apply) Orders cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will attract a 20% return fee that is non refundable. This will be to cover costs of wrapping and preparations for your orders that have already been done.
02. Returns must be agreed by both parties prior to the actual return with 30 business days. NO REFUNDS ARE AVAILABLE FOR CANCELLATIONS OF GOODS ONCE BALLOONS HAVE BEEN INFLATED OR GOODS HAVE BEEN DISPATCHED.
03. Buyers must also strictly follow our returns procedure when returning an item.
04. We reserves the rights to provide buyers a replacement, parts or a full or partial refund. Charges may apply if the product is damaged by buyers when the returned item is received.
05. Should you change your mind and wish to return your item; this can be done if you notify us within 14 days of receiving your item. Please note, to qualify for such a return:
- Please wait for our confirmation on how the item is to be returned.
- The item must retain all original internal and external packaging.
- The item itself must not be opened. We acknowledge the external box may have been opened for a visual inspection, but nothing else must be opened or used.
- Just prior to returning it to us, ensure that there is nothing (e.g. return paperwork, email copy) stuck on the item or anywhere else inside of the box.
- Any postage labels or return paperwork must be stuck on the outside box.
06. Once the item has been returned, we will need to deduct the initial dispatch and the return freight charges from your refund.
