 FULL DELIVERY TERMS & CONDITIONS
- PLEASE READ CAREFULLY -
ALL ORDERS PLACED ARE SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS & CONDITIONS:

  • Please ensure all address details are up to date and correct & the receipient's landline and or mobile phone number is supplied.  Incorrectly addressed items which require re-direction will incur a further  fee.  Any gift which is required to be stopped in transit and returned to Gifts Delivered for any reason will incur further delivery & admin fees.
  • Gifts Delivered advises although we use highly reputable carriers to deliver our products, from time to time delays are experienced for a multiplicity of reasons which are totally out of our control. We cannot guarantee unforeseen circumstances, such as weather and traffic conditions, theft or damage.  Sometimes your gift may be delayed and delivered later than pre-determined time.  These circumstances are out of our control and we do not accept responsibility for these unforeseen circumstances and failure to deliver on time is not a valid reason for refund of delivery or for cancellation of an order.
  • Any reference to "next business day delivery service" and "same business day delivery service"  applys only to CBD & Metropolitan areas, from Monday-Friday, and to orders received which meet our deadlines above.  You must allow a buffer of one to two days day during peek times such as Christmas.  If the town which you are delivering your gift to is not in a bulit up area, or is a country, off Mainland or regional area, your gift will take longer to arrive (up to 3 days or more during peek times).
  • Disclaimer: The information contained on the website is provided by Gifts Delivered in good faith.  To the best of our knowledge, the information is accurate and current.  All items advertised on the Gifts Delivered website are in stock unless otherwise stated.  Gifts Delivered only use quality products.  We reserve the right to substitute products that may be unavailable or out of stock, but guarantees the replacement item will always be of equal to or greater value than the original item.  Gifts Delivered uses quality software of Ashop Shopping Cart, however we reserve the right to manually charge fees which have not been added by the software, such as software errors & failure to add GST which should be included at the time of the checkout process, or, incorectly chosen delivery fees.  All prices are kept as up to date as possible.  Sometimes in the event of petrol price increases and changes to rates of Courier Services, there may be an increase in price without our prior knowledge.

    Any reference to "same day delivery" applys only to orders received which meet our deadlines outlined in delivery details pages.

    ABOUT OUR AUSTRALIA WIDE GIFT DELIVERY
    Gifts Delivered delivers Gift Packs and Teddy Bear gifts Australia Wide through the services of Couriers Please, Australian Air Express and Australia Post.  NO BALLOONS can be sent using this service. All gifts ordered for this delivery service are safely packaged into a cardboard outer and delivered in prestige condition.  Days we deliver for this service are Monday-Friday during business hours only.  No weekend deliveries are available for this service.  Our delivery service works business day to business day.  Orders received on the weekend are dispatched on the following Monday.
     

    OUR PREMIUM DELIVERY SAME DAY SERVICE FOR SYDNEY
    Gifts Delivered believes that your gift should be delivered looking the same way as when it left us. We use a premium courier service which has been selected for their ability to deliver your gift by trained, friendly & professional personnel so your gift arrives in prestige condition. All Balloons are only inflated just prior to being shipped and are transported in Balloon Transport bags to ensure your balloons are not damaged and no strings are tangelled while being transported.

  •  Orders placed by 11.00am will be delivered by 5.00pm same day. 

    All orders received after 11:00am in most cases will be delivered the following business day.

  • ABOUT OUR NEXT BUSINESS DAY SYDNEY DELIVERY SERVICE
    All gifts ordered for this delivery service are safely packaged into a cardboard outer and delivered by our courier Courier's Please.  All orders for this service must be placed by 1pm the day prior to delivery. Days we deliver for this service are Monday-Friday during business hours only.  No weekend deliveries are available for this service.  Our delivery service works business day to business day.  Orders received on the weekend are dispatched on the following Monday. 

  • ABOUT OUR AUSTRALIA WIDE DELIVERY SERVICE
    All gifts ordered for this delivery service are safely packaged into a cardboard outer and delivered by our courier Courier's Please or Australia Post.  All orders for this service must be placed by 1pm the day prior to dispatch. Days we deliver for this service are Monday-Friday during business hours only.  No weekend deliveries are available for this service.  Our delivery service works business day to business day.  Orders received on the weekend are dispatched on the following Monday. 

  • CHRISTMAS DELIVERIES
    Christmas is an extremely busy time period. Please allow an extra 1-3 days on top of our regular shipping times of orders placed on this website. Be sure to double check cut off dates for orders during peak times.

    SPECIFIC DELIVERY DATES
    Specific dates that you would like the gift to be delivered can mostly be accommodated, however please choose appropriate freight option and delivery. We try to deliver your gift on the day you request however sometimes things happen that are beyond our control. We rely on our couriers to provide prompt delivery however in some circumstances delays occur.

  • BALLOON & BIG BEAR DELIVERIES
    All balloon gifts and BIG Bears are only available to be delivered in Sydney CBD and metropolitan areas through our Premium delivery service ONLY at the rates shown in the above table. 

    DELIVERY CONCERNS
    Should you be concerned that your gift has not arrived at the scheduled delivery time, please contact us & we will make every effort to track your gift.  Gifts Delivered does our utmost to prevent breakages in transit by safely wrapping and packaging each gift within each individual carton.  Should your gift be damaged in transit please return  to Gifts Delivered immediately for inspection.  Your gift may be covered by insurance and may be replaced at no cost. 


     RETURNS OR REFUNDS

    REFUND DISCLAIMER: Gifts Delivered is more than happy to cancel any order placed and issue a full refund with 48hours notice prior to delivery, no refunds are available for cancellations once goods have been dispatched.  In the unlikely event that you feel we have not provided a service, or that you feel that there are discrepancies in your order in any way, we will investigate the circumstance and a refund will be issued duly.  Gifts Delivered advises that we will not honour our refund policy and issue any refunds under any circumstance if more than 14 days have lapsed since the date the order was placed.

    In accordance with the Privacy and Personal Information Protection Act 1998, Gifts Delivered recognises the importance of privacy and understands concerns about the security of personal information. We are committed to protecting any personal information that may be obtained through our ordering process. This Privacy Policy details generally how Gifts Delivered manages personal information and safeguards privacy. Gifts Delivered will not use personal information submitted via its website for any other purpose, and will not disclose such information to a third party, without your consent.
