We are based in The Hills District but deliver Sydney wide including Windsor to Sutherland, Penrith to Campbelltown, Camden to Botany, Sydney CBD, North Shore, Northern Beaches, Eastern Suburbs, Inner West, Western Suburbs and everywhere else in between!
We can deliver gift packs and Teddy Bears to other areas around Australia by request. Please call one of our staff if you wish to send any of these goods outside of Sydney. Balloons are strictly for Sydney delivery only.

Orders going to any Sydney hospitals may be ordered for same day delivery up until 1pm. Delivery of these orders can be made to the hospital anytime up to 7pm. For all hospital deliveries, Bed & Ward numbers help our couriers to find the recipient much quicker!!!
PLEASE REMEMBER THAT MOST MATERNITY WARDS DISCHARGE MUM'S AS SOON AS 48 HOURS AFTER THE DELIVERY. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR INTENDED RECIPIENT WILL STILL BE IN THE HOSPITAL TO RECEIVE THE GIFT!
We accept special instructions and/or specific dates that you would like your gifts to be delivered. We will do our best to accommodate these requests within our courier guidelines and delivery schedules. We use external courier companies so sometimes delivery can be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control. Please be aware that late delivery is not a reason to ask for a refund for your order.
If no-one is at the delivery address to accept the orders when our courier arrives, the order may be left at the address. Gifts Delivered acccepts no responsibility for deliveries left at the delivery point due to no-one at the delivery point. A contact phone number for the recipient is very helpful for our couriers in this situation and will help avoid any delivery delays or goods going missing.
