Gifts Delivered is open for orders and deliveries Monday to Friday only.

Same business day Sydney wide delivery is available for all gifts ordered before 10:30am. Some times we may be able to complete same day orders after this time, however all orders placed after 10:30am  must be placed by phone to our office for confirmation of delivery availablity.

Gifts Delivered is based in Baulkham Hills but we do deliver Sydney wide including Windsor to Sutherland, Penrith to Botany, Sydney CBD, North Shore, Northern Beaches, Eastern Suburbs, Inner West, Western Suburbs and everywhere in between. The following delivery charges apply...

You are required to choose the corresponding delivery charge at the completion of your order.
(Please Note: Any incorrect delivery charge choices will be corrected and charged appropiately if incorrect placed.)

Regular deliveries are made between 9am and 5pm Monday to Fridays. We use a courier service which is extremely reliable however we can not guarentee exact delivery times.

We accept special instructions and / or specific dates that you would like your gifts delivered. We will do our best to accomodate these requests within our courier guidelines and delivery schedules. We do use an external courier company for all our deliveries so sometimes a delivery can be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control. Please be aware that late delivery is not a valid reason to request a refund for your order.

If no one is at the address to accept the order when the courier arrives, the order may be left safely at the front door of the address. Gifts Delivered accepts no responsibility for goods left at the delivery address due to no one at home. A contact phone number for the recipient is very helpful in these circumstances and can often avoid extra delivery delays, costs or goods going missing.

Goods being delivered to hospitals and large companies may be required to be left at reception desks or mail rooms. Once we have delivered the goods to this point, we can no longer accept responsibility for the goods and consider our delivery completed.

If incorrect delivery details are placed and a delivery needs to be returned to our shop or re-directed, an additional delivery fee ranging from $10 - $30 will be charged dependant on delivery distances.
