Regular deliveries are made between 9am and 5:30pm Monday to Friday. Our courier service is extremely reliable however we can not guarentee exact delivery times. In addition there are occasionally delays due to circumstances beyond our/their control.
We accept special instructions and / or specific dates that you would like your gifts delivered. We will do our best to accomodate these requests within our courier guidelines and delivery schedules. Please note that late delivery will not result in a refund for your order.
If no one is at present at the designated delivery address, the order will be left as safely as possible at the address. Gifts Delivered accepts no responsibility for goods left unattended at the designated address for delivery. To this end a contact mobile phone number for the recipient is very helpful in these circumstances and can assist in avoiding delivery delays, additional costs or goods going missing.
Goods being delivered to hospitals and larger companies may be required to be left at reception desks or mail rooms. Once delivered to this point, we no longer accept responsibility for the goods and consider the delivery complete.
If incorrect delivery details are provided and a delivery needs to be returned to our premises or re-directed, an additional delivery fee will be charged dependant on delivery distances.
