VALENTINES DAY DELIVERY DETAILS

Valentine's Day is the busiest day of the year for us.
Following are order and delivery guidelines to ensure your Valentine's order is delivered on time!

• We will accept orders for delivery on Valentine's Day up until Midnight Saturday, February 13th, 2010.
  
• NO same day orders will be taken on February 14th. 
   
• Due to Valentine's Day falling on a Sunday, unfortunately we need to pass on our couriers weekend surcharge costs. This will be added to your order total after your purchase when you choose delivery for 13/02/2010 or 14/02/2010.

• * Additional 50% delivery charge will apply for Valentine's Day Deliveries on either Saturday, February 13th or Sunday February 14th 2010.

  These additional charges will not show in your order total but will be added during payment processing.
  
• We have a minimum order value of $32 + delivery . Any orders placed that are below this value will not be processed.
   
• Gifts Delivered advises although we use highly reputable carriers to deliver our products, from time to time delays are experienced for a multiplicity of reasons which are totally out of our control. We cannot guarantee unforeseen circumstances, such as weather and traffic conditions, theft or damage.  Sometimes your gift may be delayed and delivered later than pre-determined time.  These circumstances are out of our control and we do not accept responsibility for these unforeseen circumstances and failure to deliver on time is not a valid reason for refund of delivery or for cancellation of an order.
  
• If no-one is at the delivery address to accept the orders when our couriers arrive, the goods may be left at the delivery address. Gifts Delivered accepts no responsibility for deliveries left at the delivery point due to no-one available to take receipt of the goods. Please make sure the address you provide is correct and that someone will be available between 8am and 5pm to accept the goods. We CAN NOT provide specific delivery times and will not be able to make any 2nd attempts on deliveries on Valentine's Day.
