VALENTINES DAY DELIVERY DETAILS
Valentine's Day is the busiest day of the year for us.
Following are order and delivery guidelines to ensure your Valentine's order is delivered on time!

Gifts Delivered advises although we use highly reputable carriers to deliver our products, from time to time delays are experienced for a multiplicity of reasons which are totally out of our control. We cannot guarantee unforeseen circumstances, such as weather and traffic conditions, theft or damage. Sometimes your gift may be delayed and delivered later than pre-determined time. These circumstances are out of our control and we do not accept responsibility for these unforeseen circumstances and failure to deliver on time is not a valid reason for refund of delivery or for cancellation of an order.

If no-one is at the delivery address to accept the orders when our couriers arrive, the goods may be left at the delivery address. Gifts Delivered accepts no responsibility for deliveries left at the delivery point due to no-one available to take receipt of the goods. Please make sure the address you provide is correct and that someone will be available between 8am and 5pm to accept the goods. We CAN NOT provide specific delivery times and will not be able to make any 2nd attempts on deliveries on Valentine's Day. Deliveries will mainly be done between 9am and 5pm however to due our high volume of orders on this day, sometimes we can delivery slightly earlier or later.
