Gifts Delivered delivers gifts and balloons across the Illawarra.
Gifts Delivered accepts all orders and deliveries Monday to Friday only.
Monday to Friday only (no Public Holidays).
Regular deliveries are made between 9am and 5:00pm Monday to Friday. Our courier service is extremely reliable, however we can not guarentee exact delivery times. In addition there are occasionally delays due to circumstances beyond our/their control.
We accept special instructions and / or specific dates that you would like your gifts delivered. We will do our best to accommodate these requests within our courier guidelines and delivery schedules. Please note that late delivery will not result in a refund for your order.
If no one is at present at the designated delivery address, the order will be left as safely as possible at the address. Gifts Delivered accepts no responsibility for goods left unattended at the designated address for delivery. To this end a contact mobile phone number for the recipient is very helpful in these circumstances and can assist in avoiding delivery delays, additional costs or goods going missing.
Hampers containing alcohol needs to be signed for and ID checked at the door to ensure the receiver is over the age of 18. Hampers with alcohol cannot be left without signature to keep in line with Australian alcohol laws. If theres no signature, the courier will not deliver, and the delivery will be returned to our shop or re-directed, an additional delivery fee will be charged
If incorrect delivery details are provided and a delivery needs to be returned to our premises or re-directed, an additional delivery fee will be charged dependant on delivery distances.
Goods being delivered to hospitals and larger companies may be required to be left at reception desks or mail rooms. Once delivered to this point, we no longer accept responsibility for the goods and consider the delivery complete.
Some hospital wards have restrictions on the type of gifts permitted. Please check with the hospital before ordering especially for ICU, major trauma, cardiac, burns & immune deficit wards. Most hospitals are fine with balloons but some do have restrictions on latex balloons due to possible allergies.
You must be able to provide the ward and room number and have confirmed the patient’s “check in name” for a hospital delivery.
